Frequently Asked Questions

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day hassle-free return policy for all of our items! We want you to LOVE your WallCharmer as much as we enjoyed making them for you, so, you can return any item to us within 30 days for a full refund. if something arrives that is incorrect or broken, we will ship a replacement or send a return label for a return.  Since our items are all custom made to order, any returns otherwise will need to be sent back by the purchaser, upon arrival undamaged, we will issue a full refund within 30 days.

How long does it take to receive my item?

Some Wall Charmers™ are ready to ship and will ship out to arrive within 3-4 days, others may take up to 3 business days to ship, depending on how busy we are, those will arrive within 6-8 days (if ordered by noon PST).

When completing the checkout process, you can choose from several shipping speeds via UPS or USPS. We do offer expedited shipping services, please contact us, if important, to make sure we get it out ASAP for you and can meet your timelines!

What are Wall Charmers™ made of?

All of our Wall Charmers™ have the material listed on them. Our Faux Animal Head Wall Decor are made of fine Poly-Resin, our metals are usually made from Cast Iron, when possible, clocks from real wood, yes real wood, mirrors from hand brushed metals, etc. For all of our products, one thing remains true, our products all have to pass through a rigorous process to identify material, sourcing, and ensuring we leave the least environmental impact possible.

How do I hang my Wall Charmer™?

You can hang your Wall Charmer™ in just minutes using a strong nail or screw (may or may not be included). Each wall hanging item has a keyhole on the back for easy installation.

Is any assembly required?

Wall Charmers™ fake taxidermy heads and skulls without antlers require no assembly. If your Wall Charmer™ has antlers, like the large white deer head for example, your item may arrive with the antlers detached. Simply insert the antlers into the animal head. For safety, we recommend using super glue to securely fasten the antlers into the animal head. And, of course, our cast iron metal decor items (our single or 3 set arrows, skeleton keys, or cast iron anchors) and new wall clocks require no assembly. Just insert 1 AA battery into the back of your beach wall clock, your rustic wall clock, or farmhouse wall clock, hang, and enjoy!

For all other items, the assembly will be listed and instructions included, so it's clear what to do. Nothing requires too much work, or anything out of the ordinary!

Are there any discounts for ordering multiple items?

We do offer quantity discounts. Just message us on our contact page or at info@wallcharmers.com and let us know what items you're interested in and how many.

Will I need to pay any customs fees or duties?

For international buyers only, your order may be subject to taxes and duties once your shipment arrives in your country. Every country’s taxes and duties vary but they can be as high as 15-20% of the item’s value. We cannot guarantee this information so we recommend contacting your customs office for more specific information on your country’s taxes and duties. Wall Charmers™ has no control over taxes and duties. You are responsible for these charges and any other additional charges for customs clearance. We are required by law to declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower customs fees. If the package is refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping charges, and any import fees, duties and taxes incurred on the shipment. If the return charges exceed the amount of the merchandise and shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and the item will be nonrefundable.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please double-check you are providing the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. If paying through PayPal, please make sure your shipping address is up-to-date. While we can’t guarantee it, we will do our best to change the address if we receive your request before the item ships. If we are not able to change the address in time, your order will not be canceled. You will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping charges, and the additional shipping charges to re-ship the item.
