What is your return policy?
We accept returns if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered. In such cases we will send a new item and/or issue a refund. We may provide you with a return label and require you to return the incorrect item before we ship a replacement. You must notify us of any problems with your item within 48 hours of receiving it. Any items that appear used or damaged will not be refundable and may not be returned.
How long does it take to receive my item?
Each Wall Charmer™ is manufactured after the order is placed. We currently have a lead time of 1-3 business days depending on the color and the quantity you order. Shipping time will depend on what you select during checkout. When completing the checkout process, you can choose from several shipping speeds via UPS or USPS. We do offer expedited shipping services.
What are Wall Charmers™ made of?
Wall Charmers™ are cast out of a high quality poly-resin. This makes them light-weight enough to hang securely on your wall. The fine poly-resin we use also allows use to provide highly detailed products.
How do I hang my Wall Charmer™?
You can hang your Wall Charmer™ in just minutes using a strong nail or screw (not included). Each item has a keyhole or hook on the back for easy installation.
Is any assembly required?
Wall Charmers™ without antlers require no assembly. If your Wall Charmer™ has antlers, your item may arrive with the antlers detached. Simply insert the antlers into the animal head. For safety, we recommend using super glue to securely fasten the antlers into the animal head.
Are there any discounts for ordering multiple items?
We do offer quantity discounts. Just message us on our contact page and let us know what items your interested in and how many.
Will I need to pay any customs fees or duties?
For international buyers only, your order may be subject to taxes and duties once your shipment arrives in your country. Every country’s taxes and duties vary but they can be as high as 15-20% of the item’s value. We cannot guarantee this information so we recommend contacting your customs office for more specific information on your country’s taxes and duties.
Wall Charmers™ has no control over taxes and duties. You are responsible for these charges and any other additional charges for customs clearance. We are required by law to declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower customs fees. If the package is refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping charges, and any import fees, duties and taxes incurred on the shipment. If the return charges exceed the amount of the merchandise and shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and the item will be nonrefundable.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please double-check you are providing the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. If paying through PayPal, please make sure your shipping address is up-to-date. While we can’t guarantee it, we will do our best to change the address if we receive your request before the item ships. If we are not able to change the address in time, your order will not be cancelled. You will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping charges, and the additional shipping charges to re-ship the item.
