The team at Wall Charmers is dedicated to providing fantastic products and excellent customer service. This starts with fulfilling orders as quickly as possible. We do our best to get orders shipped within 3 business days, often times the same day, and offer the following Shipping Policies:

US SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping - Free US Shipping on all orders.

Standard Shipping - You can upgrade your shipping speed at checkout if you choose.

Shipping Carriers - We ship most items via UPS or USPS. While we do our best to get orders delivered quickly, we cannot account for any delays UPS or USPS may have.

Delivery Time:

  • Standard/Free Shipping: Quick Ship products are typically shipped using UPS and normally arrive within 4 to 10 business days (excluding holidays). Products from our partners can take up to 20-25 business days to arrive, but don't worry, we always list the number of business days to arrive before checkout!
  • Priority Shipping: If you want your package a little bit quicker, we offer a Priority Shipping option for certain items that will get your package to you in 2-3 business days. If it's available, you will see it on the listing.
  • Next Day Shipping: Customers requiring guaranteed next business day delivery can select this option at checkout for an additional charge, if available. These packages will typically be shipped UPS, but please note, Saturday or Sunday delivery is not available.  Holidays may also impact delivery schedule depending on UPS holiday observance days. If next day is a MUST (and not 2 days) please contact us in advance to make sure we can send it out in time.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Shortly after your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email with a link to track the package on the shipping company website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

International Shipping - Pricing is dictated by country and item. If available to ship to your selected country, the item will display the shipping price and availability accordingly.

We are committed to making sure customers are satisfied with our products and happy with their purchases. We want you to LOVE it as much as we loved making it for you!  If your Wall Charmer is not what you expected, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of your purchase date.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand that it happens sometimes and we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth return process. Of course, we want every customer to love their Wall Charmer, but we realize sometimes it's just not a good fit. We get it!

  • Email info@wallcharmers.com  - Before you send back your Wall Charmer, send us a message and let us know that you would like to return your order. Please do so within 30 days to ensure that your return will be processed. We will reply to your email with a prepaid label to make returning your Wall Charmer easy!
  • Repackage your return and include the original receipt - Every Wall Charmers order is shipped with a receipt that is included in the package. Please include it in the original packaging so that we can properly process your return.
  • Upon receipt of your undamaged return - We will refund your purchase price. Or, if you'd prefer, we can issue a Wall Charmers gift card for a future purchase in the amount of your original purchase price!

    CHARGES AND CREDITS

    Receiving your refund -  You will receive a full refund to the credit card or Paypal account originally used. Or, if you'd prefer, we can issue a Wall Charmers gift card for a future purchase in the amount of your original purchase price! 

    DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

    If your item (s) was damaged during shipping, there are missing, or incorrect items, please notify us as soon as the damaged is noticed so that we can correct the issue.

    Email us at info@wallcharmers.com with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged items, be sure to include a photograph of the damage as well as a photo of the shipping box and label to assist us in processing the claim. Once the above has been done, we will quickly process your replacement  for shipping or issue a refund if you so choose.
