Demonstration chart needs to be enlarged

Dangerous product, bands broke in the first month�
I meant to write a review about this sooner. The elasticity and durability of the bands is absolute ****. I was just using them for some basic exercises and the bands snapped on me. I was just lucky that the tension wasn't going towards my face, I couldn't believe it. I get that this product is a very inexpensive option, but its not even worth it if it breaks in the first month of use. Considering how dangerous it is that the bands break like that, I would stay clear of this product, if I were you.
Very nice combinations of resistant weights for mix and match combos
These resistance bands are very nice. I have only used the 30 lb. band so far. Holding the band down under my flip-flop thong on one foot is doing the job well. I can feel my strength growing fairly quickly. I am happy with these bands.

Broke after 3 uses
Resistance band snapped after 3 uses almost took my eye out and almost broke cracked my tv screen.
Could be better!
The bands are different colors, but nowhere is there a reference to which color offers what resistance. You are left to guess the order of increased resistance. The "guide" is a complete joke! It is very small and simply shows pictures.
Defective
Trash. One of the pieces came without a top piece and handle.
Terrible quality don't waste your money
All the resistance bands were damaged, there were notches on all of them. Items were also missing, the door restrain and the ankle straps were not included. Don't waste your time and money on this product.
Perfect in home workout kit
I bought these bands a recently after I realized my gym was going to be closed for a long time still and that I had gotten close to gaining that Covid 19. They are perfect for a home workout and I�ve been able to target every muscle group in different ways than any simple body weight exercise could provide. I highly highly recommend for anyone looking for a gym experience without the danger of going to a gym (right now)!
Satisfying Workout Without Leaving Home
With some gyms still being closed or still the fear of going to the gym and picking up germs I searched online to get some at home equipment. I really like these resistance bands because they actually function correctly and you can change thr difficulty with the different bands. I had tried purchasing some in the past from a sporting goods store and they did not meet my satisfaction like these did.

These bands are off the chain! Not literally though, in fact, they stay on the chain quite well. These must be the bands that will make her dance that juicy j was talking about. Got me burning calories left and right screaming out �rubber band man, wild as the taliban, nine pounder on my right, forty five in the other hand. 10/10 would highly recommend
Everything you need for a GREAT workout!!!!
I have been so happy with this set of bands so far! I love that they are so portable and compact. I got them to workout from home but I already know these will be coming on every trip with me from now on. I can completely customize my workout and target any muscle group and make it as difficult or as easy as I want. The ankle straps and attachment for the door make for a bomb booty workout. My friends and I have used these a handful of times already and they have held up really nicely. It comes with a little cheat sheet with workout ideas to target different muscle groups which has been helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Love these bands!! Help me stay in shape in quarantine. I am actually more in shape now than I was before. No quarantine 15 for this guy! Dig the travel bag too keeps them organized and compact
Harmony Products Are The Real Deal
With gyms being closed due to COVID 19 I needed a way to keep up my muscle mass!! My Peloton was making me look skinny and small. I looked for home gym sets but they were all over priced because of supply and demand. I found Harmony on Amazon and was thrilled to see a great product priced correctly. Without Harmony I would have lost a ton of muscle mass. So now I ride my peloton, take a little pre workout, and I'm ready to pump it up!!! These bands are the real deal. I can easily change the resistance by just switching the colored band!! The handles fit my hands perfectly are very comfortable! Harmony gave me back my confidence. Now when I got to the bars I'm ready to say hi to the best looking girl in the bar!! Look good feel good!
Versatile and Convenient
I'm grateful to have these. With gyms closed I needed something versatile with enough resistance to continue achieving my fitness goals. These bands exceed my expectations. I'll be using these daily for the foreseeable future.
