Beautiful … but …
This is definitely a beautiful product that I would have otherwise wholeheartedly recommended (especially based upon other reviews), but it arrived with nothing to assist in making the horns stay put or stabilized, and the website doesn’t touch on that for this particular product. While it seems simple to just insert the horns on both sides, they wobble and will fall off the minute you try to hang it. Throw in no telephone number for support or customer service, coupled with a reply to my email inquiry for assistance that simply stated I needed to “glue the horns”, and this feels like a very uncomfortable transaction. If the product needs to be glued, why not include that in the package? You shouldn’t have to worry about an item falling apart the first time you hang it, much less risking not being reimbursed due to that damage. Disappointing end result for a beautiful product.

Come up to my front door - and you'll see it !!!
Put this above a window next to my front door - just so it gets the attention it deserves !!! It's beautifully designed and the quality is incredible ! Just a hint - if the horns are a little loose when you put them on - no need to glue them on - just put a little piece of paper in there & you get a tight fit !!! I put this outside but it is under the roof line so it should stay dry. But heck - I live in California C& we don't get much rain. EVERYONE LOVES THIS !
